Update: This issue has been resolved, and Canadian users can purchase Unihertz smartphones on our official website by choosing the "Canada Region" variant.

Due to the increasing numbers of malicious refound requests/ chargebacks from Canada, we have temporarily closed checkout venue and only accept BANK TRANSFER for Canadian users now.

Please send an email to service@unihertz.com to get a payment invoice, and include the following information:

  1. Item that you intend to purchase.
  2. Quantity.
  3. Shipping information.

Items purchased via bank transfer enjoy the same warranty and return policy.

Orders remain normal for other countries.
