This tutorial will go through the process of replacing the screen of Unihertz Titan smartphone.
It is important that you read the entire guide and make sure you can complete all the steps before you start to replace the screen of your Unihertz Titan smartphone. Otherwise, finding a local trained repair specialist to conduct the repair is recommended.

Step 1Remove the three screws from the right edge bezel, remove the right edge bezel. (Be careful not to drop the buttons.) |

Step 2Remove the three screws from the left edge bezel, remove the SIM card tray, and remove the left edge bezel. (Be careful not to drop the buttons.) |

Step 3Remove the six screws on the right side of the device body. |
|
Step 4Remove the six screws on the left side of the device body. |
|
Step 5Remove the four screws that fix the rear panel. |
|
Step 6Remove the rear panel gently. |
|
Step 7Remove the seven screws from the antenna module. |
|
Step 8Remove the antenna module gently. |
|
Step 9Pry up the six interface cables from the motherboard. |
|
Step 10Pull off the battery adhesive strips. (Be careful not to rip them off.)If you accidentally rip off the strips, use tweezers to gently rotate to pull out the remaining strips. |

Step 11Pry up the original battery gently and clean up the residual adhesive strip. |

Step 12Remove the two screws from the interface. |

Step 13Pry up the two interface cables from the interface module. |

Step 14Remove the cables. |

Step 15Pry up the interface cable from the interface module. |

Step 16Remove the interface module gently. (Note: the interface module and the device body were connected with double-sided tape.) Please pry up the module gently to avoid damaging it. |

Step 17Remove the two screws from the motherboard. |

Step 18Pry up the interface cable from the motherboard and remove it. (Be careful of the cables on the right side of the motherboard.) |

Step 19Remove the distance sensor module gently. (Be careful the module is glued to the device body.) |

Step 20Remove the headphone module. |

Step 21Take out the replacement panel assembly. |

Step 22Install the distance sensor module. |

Step 23Install the headphone module. |

Step 24Install the motherboard. |

Step 25Install the interface cables to the motherboard, and install the interface module. |

Step 26Install the interface cables to the interface module. |

Step 27Tear off the protective film from the double-sided tape at the position of the interface module, and install the interface module. |

Step 28Install the cable interface on the interface module. |

Step 29Tape the battery with the attached adhesive strip (pay attention to the location of the adhesive strip and the front & back of the battery.) |

Step 30Remove the protective film from the battery adhesive strip, and install the battery. |

Step 31Reconnect the interface cables near the battery, and check whether the interfaces are loose. |

Step 32Install the antenna module. |
|
Step 33Install the rear panel, then tighten the twelve screws on both sides of the device body. |

Step 34Remove the four anti-static modules from the original panel and install them in the notches on the side of the device. |

Step 35Install the SIM card tray. |

Step 36Install both the edge bezels and tighten the six screws used to fix them. |
