This tutorial will go through the process of replacing the keyboard assembly of Unihertz Titan Pocket smartphone.

How to Replace the Keyboard Assembly for Unihertz Titan Pocket Step by Step

	Step 1 Remove the four screws from the rear panel and then remove the rear panel.
	Step 2 Remove the three screws from the speaker assembly and then remove the speaker assembly.
	Step 3 Pry up the interface cables between the battery and the motherboard and then remove the battery.
	Step 4 Remove the two screws from the antenna module.
	Step 5 Tear off the cooling copper foil connecting the antenna module to the motherboard.
	Step 6 Remove the antenna module.
	Step 7 Remove the ten screws from the motherboard.
	Step 8 Pry up the six cable interfaces on the motherboard and then remove the SIM card tray.
	Step 9 Pry up the motherboard gently and remove it.
	Step 10 Use a crowbar to stretch into the marked notch and push the keyboard assembly.
	Step 11 Remove the keyboard assembly. (Be careful the keyboard assembly is glued to the screen assembly.)
	Step 12 Be careful to remove the cable here.
	Step 13 Take out the replacement keyboard assembly.
	Step 14 Tear off the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the keyboard assembly. (Note: There’s also a double-sided tape protective film on the cable.)
	Step 15 Arrange the cables.
	Step 16 Make the cable on the keyboard assembly pass through the marked notch.
	Step 17 Install the keyboard assembly and make sure it’s firm.
	Step 18 Install the motherboard.
	Step 19 Plug in the six cable interfaces on the motherboard.
	Step 20 Install the 10 screws on the motherboard.
	Step 21 Install the antenna module, re-attach the cooling copper foil between the antenna module and the motherboard, and install the two screws on the antenna module.
	Step 22 Install the battery and plug in the cable interfaces between the battery and the motherboard.
	Step 23 Install the speaker assembly and tighten the three screws on it.
	Step 24 Install the rear panel and tighten the four screws on it.
	Step 25 Install the SIM card tray.
