  1. Once you apply for Unihertz Repair service, you are supposed to cover the express fees.
  2. Please remove phone accessories and back up personal important data before sending out. Unihertz will not take the responsibility for any corrupted or missing data.
  3. If your phone won't turn on or you forgot your lock screen password, you'll be required to provide the original purchase record to prove the ownership.
