Repair Service Booking

Your device is eligible for free in-warranty repair during the warranty period, provided there is no unauthorized disassembly, liquid damage, or other physical damage. Eligibility is subject to the warranty policy.

The Local Repair service is available only at the Unihertz official online store.

Booking the wrong service may result in additional fees and delays due to incompatible parts. Email service@unihertz.com immediately to resolve this issue.

The Repair Process

After submitting the Local Repair request, you'll receive a confirmation email and instructions for sending your device to our Local Repair provider.

Repairs take 3-5 days, excluding shipping. After receiving your device, processing takes 1-3 days. Once repaired, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary.

Repairs are conducted by the Unihertz authorized provider in your country or region.

No, repairs must be conducted at the authorized provider's workshop. You need to mail or deliver your device to the designated address.

Pricing & Fees

Repair costs will be charged via online payment method. If additional charges apply after inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

You are responsible for the shipping fees when applying for the Local Repair service.
