It was an easy screen replacement. It took me an hour or so, but with the know-how I can see this as 15 minute job.
I removed the screw on the bottom, then used a suction cup to remove the screen. I didn't need to pry the edges, all I did was pull the suction cup and the screen came off. Surprisingly, I didn't break the screen further.
I then disconnected the screen, moved the earspeaker and sensor to the new screen, removed the foam on the front camera hole, and connected it back into the phone.
Finally I just pop the screen back into place, screw the bottom and done so.
Overall pretty easy to do by yourself.
My only gripe is the screen bleeding on the top right of the replacement, but it's not as noticeable on lighter backgrounds.
Also I'll recommend an Ifixit kit or similar pretty useful. :)
